Nowdays, Infused Water Trend become increasingly popular amongst people in Indonesia. This mineral water which contained pieces of fresh fruit inside of it can make us really fresh during our activities of the day. Then, the making process is really simple, straightforward and can be easily prepared and the important things is the benefits inside of it. Not only can make us fresh, but also its has some benefits for our health such as, Anti Aging, Simple Hydration, Vitamin, antioxidants for good health, carving control and weight loses, and clearer skin, etc. Since we know the importance of hydration, as research has proven good hydration can increase concentration and productivity. Although there are many flavoured waters on supermarket shelves, producing your home made drink is cost effective and far healthier.

The meaning of Infused Water
Infused water is a beverage made from the mineral water contained fresh fruit pieces inside it. The process to make it takes several hours until the nutrients inside of fruit out and the water-soluble that mineral. Then, the water can be drink while pieces of fruit can be throw away because it is uasually become mushy and not good to eat.
